In a powerful transformation of space and purpose, JHOOKER Construction Services partnered with Gracelife Chapel to convert a former movie theater into a fully functioning, modern worship facility. This 11,900 square foot adaptive reuse project turned a commercial cinema into a welcoming spiritual home for a growing congregation. Completed in April, the remodeled church campus now features: A large, open worship center Flexible gathering areas for ministry and community use Renovated restrooms, offices, and classrooms This project highlights our team’s ability to repurpose existing structures for entirely new uses—delivering cost-effective, time-efficient solutions that serve both the mission and the people. Caledonia Entertainment - Theater and Bowling Alley JHOOKER Construction Services lead the large-scale commercial remodel of the Caledonia Theater and Bowling Alley in O’Fallon, Missouri, transforming an existing 25,000-square-foot facility into a modern, multi-use entertainment destination for the St. Louis metro area. This adaptive-reuse and renovation project includes: • 3 open-concept theater spaces • Full bowling alley renovation • Dedicated arcade area • 2 indoor pickleball courts • Private party and event rooms • Reconfigured layouts designed for high traffic and flexible use Set to open in 2026, this O’Fallon commercial remodeling project demonstrates JHOOKER Construction’s ability to reimagine existing structures into high-performing entertainment and recreational spaces throughout Missouri and the Midwest. Children’s Lighthouse – O’Fallon, Missouri (Opened 2024 | 12,000 sq ft) JHOOKER Construction Services proudly completed the ground-up construction of Children’s Lighthouse in O’Fallon, Missouri — a 12,000-square-foot childcare and early education center serving families across the St. Louis metro area. Creekside Orthodontics – Missouri (3,000 sq ft | Completed Renovation)

We’re excited to support the launch of Creekside Orthodontics, a new specialty dental practice opening in September 2025. Located in a growing community, this 2,900 square foot tenant finish project transforms a raw commercial space into a fully equipped orthodontic clinic tailored for patient comfort and clinical efficiency.
